FAQ
How can I make an appointment?
You can book an appointment online at our eshop here, by sending us a message on social media or by phone.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, of course. Just let us know 24 hours in advance so we can adjust the schedule and make your seat available to someone else.
Which massage should I choose if I am not sure?
If you are not sure, you can tell us a little about how you are feeling (stress, tension, neck/back pain, etc.) and we will suggest the type of massage and duration that best suits your needs.
Do I need to come earlier than the appointment time?
Ideally, it is advisable to be at our office 5-10 minutes early so that you can relax, we can discuss your needs briefly and the session can begin without rushing.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. Most massages are done using oil and a towel/cloth that covers the body, leaving only the area we are working on at a time exposed, with respect and discretion.
Are there any circumstances when I can't have a massage?
If you have serious health problems, recent surgery, injury, fever or are on medication, please let us know before your appointment and, if necessary, consult your doctor. In some cases an adjustment or postponement of the session may be necessary.
Can I have a massage during pregnancy?
There are techniques specifically adapted for pregnancy, but it is necessary to have the agreement of your gynaecologist first and to mention it to us during the communication, so that we can organise your session properly.
Do you accept Gift Cards / Gift Cards?
Yes, at Le Massage you can offer or use Gift Card for massage sessions.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are delayed, we are doing our best to make the most of the remaining time. However, if there is a follow-up appointment, your session may need to be shorter in order to respect all our guests.
How long is a massage session?
Sessions usually last 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the type of massage and your needs. In our communication we can suggest the duration that best suits what you need.
Will it hurt during the massage?
The massage should not be unpleasant. In more vigorous techniques you may feel “sweet pain” in areas of intense tension, but we always adjust the pressure to your limits. At any time you can ask us to relax or increase the pressure.
What should I do after the massage?
After the session, it is good to drink plenty of water, avoid intense exercise immediately and give your body some time to “slow down”. A slight feeling of relaxation or “heaviness” in the body is normal.
Can I come if it's my first time having a massage?
Of course. We will explain step-by-step what will be done, discuss your needs and any concerns, and tailor the session so you feel comfortable and safe from the start.
What about cleanliness and hygiene on site?
All linen (sheets, towels, etc.) are changed for each guest, surfaces and equipment are cleaned regularly and hygiene rules are observed so that you can enjoy your session in a clean and tidy space.”
